Community Rules and Expectations (Applies to all other sections)

Our community takes the idea of respecting others very seriously. As a member or a public player in our servers, you are expected to treat others in the same manner as you would be expected to treat people you interact with face-to-face.

As stated earlier, we don't have a 'rush' process, but we do have one strict requirement; wearing our tag [KI] requires that you follow the sign-up procedure listed in the introduction of this article before adding it to your Steam name. Failure to do so will result in a ban from our servers until you rectify this.

Rule Violation:
General Public/Community Member Violations:
If a you are aware that another player is breaking the rules, politely inform them of what rules they are breaking. If they continue to disobey the rules, report them to a mod or admin. Harassment or trolling of the violator will be treated as a separate violation incident on you.

Admin/Server Police/Moderators:
If you believe that a member from one of these groups is violating the rules or asking you to do something which violates said rules, you are expected to do what is asked of you. However, you are encouraged to discuss the matter with the head admins, ThunderFace and NineteenEleven, by contacting us through a Steam Friends message, the site's "Contact Us" sub-menu found under "Help".

The following are prohibited:

• Racism, sexism, xenophobia, and homophobia
• Harassing or ignoring admins/server police
  • As stated previously, if you feel that the request is not justified or that an admin is breaking the rules, you are still expected to follow them. However, you can contact ThunderFace or NineteenEleven to discuss the issue afterwards.
• Trolling
• Mic/sound/chat spamming
• Intentionally interrupting others while they are trying to speak (Use common sense with this one)

Section 2
General Server Rules (Applies to all Kablowsion Inc. servers)

On all of our servers, you are expected to play the game mode as intended.

The following are prohibited:

• Hacking
• Admin impersonation
  • Wearing a(n) admin/server police tag
  • Claiming to be a(n) admin/server police or claiming to posses admin-only powers.
  • Changing your name to resemble a(n) admin/server police's name
• Employing the use of game-breaking map glitches and exploits
• Pleading for free items -- especially in the trade server
• Team killing

Section 3
Individual Server Rules

Trade Server
Sponsored Events
Kablowsion Inc. Trade Police and Admins are able to sponsor events and competitions where item transactions may occur. These include things such as taunt gambling, heavy boxing, etc. During this time, admins have the right to enforce special rules to allow for such activities to take place. i.e. during heavy boxing, admins have the right to warn/kick/slay any member who attacks heavies on their way towards, or inside, the area where competition is taking place as long as those heavies only have melee equipped and are not attacking other members.

Unsponsored Events
You are free to organize any unsponsored event so long as it is a give away. However, if you do, Kablowsion Inc. will not help you in enforcing rules for the competition through any administrative actions. In other words, participate in unsponsored events AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Trade Middle-Men

If you wish to host your own event or raffle, a Kablowsion Admin or Server Police must act as the middle-man for that event. You must trade the winnings and/or entry cost to one of the Trade Police or general admins who ARE NOT participating in said competition. If you do not agree to these terms you may not host such event.

The Kablowsion Inc. Admin staff will not act as a middle-man for cash trades, or any trade that cannot be done though steam. There are special websites and servers for such services.

If you attempt to host an event where Kablowsion Inc. is not acting as the middle-man, you will be kicked and possibly banned from our servers.

The following are prohibited:

• Setting up sentries within range of enemy spawn.
• Using teleporter trolling to allow enemy spies access to your spawn.
• Use of all-caps in chat for WTB/WTS posts or excessive use of all-caps in general.

Saxton Hale & Freak Fortress Servers

The following are prohibited:

• Friendly bosses
• Ghosting (Revealing the boss location to living players)
• Use of the gun exploit as Hale

Minecraft Server
Protect our world, only clear areas when building, be careful with TNT, we want our world to be pleasing to the eye!

If you should accidentally destroy someone's property, please fix it. Whether a creeper chased you and blew up next to their building or you accidentally tunneled into their base, you are expected to repair any damage that was caused... It's just the nice thing to do. If you don't have the materials to do so at the time, ask an OP/admin.

The following are prohibited:

• Item duplication
  • If you discover a dupe bug, report it either through the site's "Contact Us" menu under "Account/Help" or by PMing NineteenEleven or ThunderFace on the forums. Do not post it publicly.
• Stealing items from other users.
• Entering any building or structure with locked doors or clear signs stating that you should not enter.
• Texture Hacking (Violations will result in an immediate ban.)
  • X-ray
  • See-through Texture Packs
  • Chunk Errors and/or Slow Chunk Load times
• Griefing and trolling (Including, but not limited to...)
  • Building on or close to other players buildings without their consent. Consent must be given in chat so it is recorded in the log.
  • Killing other players without reason
  • Verbal harassment of any kind
• If you are being griefed, do not counter grief. Contact an admin.
  • Greifing can equal a permanent ban and a ceromonial burning of all of your structures.
• Building any of the following:
  • Permanent mud huts. You can use them for temporary night shelters while exploring, but please take them down before moving on.
  • Small, pointless floaty objects
  • Messy water or lava towers.
  • Sky towers or sky penises (that means no building 1 x 1, 2 x 2, 3 x 3, etc towers that go straight up into the clouds. If you are building a tower, please make it aesthetically pleasing.
