Server police have limited admin powers on the servers in their category. General admins are promoted from server police.

After increasing the number of slots on the trade server from 24 to 32, we're still finding that it's often too full for everyone to get in. So we've gone ahead and added a second trade server creatively titled Trade Server Two.
